Standard postage is free!

We aim to despatch cards which are in stock as soon as we receive your order. The postage we offer for free is a standard service provided by the Royal Mail – please allow 2-4 working days for postage.


We hope you’ll love your products as much as we do. However, in the rare event that you don’t, you may return the items to us within 14 working days for a full refund or replacement.  All items must be returned unused in the original packaging. Make sure all parcels are sealed and well protected and that you have included details of the order and the reason for the return. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If your goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of their receipt by phone or email and we will endeavour to replace them. The goods must be returned to us together with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.  Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.   If the message on a personalised card is incorrect due to an error on our part, or if they’re faulty, we’ll offer a full refund or replace the item at no further cost.  All cards are individually handmade, and the design/colour may differ slightly to the photos on the website.
